Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and converted at the prevailing rate. Payment is captured at order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud.

Delivery

While we strive for on-time delivery, certain factors (weather, festivals, address issues, force majeure) may cause delays. We will keep you informed by email and WhatsApp.

Product Substitutions

For fresh products (flowers, cakes), we may substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, to ensure on-time delivery.
